Orthopedic Spine Surgeon - Long Island, NY, NJ

SpineSearch is actively seeking a highly qualified and motivated Spine Surgeon to join a rapidly growing orthopedic spine practice.

This exciting opportunity encompasses locations throughout Long Island (LI), New York City (NYC), and New Jersey (NJ).

Position is full time - offers a competitive salary, a full suite of benefits, and room for growth.

Requirements:

• MD/DO license
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Willingness to travel to NY and NJ

Responsibilities:

• Review patient’s medical history
• Order diagnostic tests
• Perform surgery
• Prescribe medication
• Post-operative care and treatment plan
• Fully explain the treatment plan to the patient
• Possibility to educate students or participate in research
• Recognize and diagnose conditions involving the spine
