Neurosurgeon (Ongoing)- Multiple Locations
Spine Search is seeking to fill multiple positions for a Neurosurgeon in the tri-state area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical procedures to treat neurological conditions such as brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, cerebral aneurysms, and degenerative spine disorders.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations, including patient assessments, diagnostic tests interpretation, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, and other specialists to develop multidisciplinary treatment plans for complex cases.
- Provide post-operative care, including monitoring patients in the intensive care unit, managing complications, and facilitating rehabilitation.
- Participate in clinical research, academic teaching, and continuing education to stay abreast of advancements in neurosurgery.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, surgical risks, and post-operative expectations.
- Maintain accurate medical records, adhere to ethical and legal standards, and ensure patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a neurosurgery residency program, typically lasting 6-7 years.
- Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery.
- State medical licensure and/or board certification.
- Demonstrated surgical skills, clinical competence, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
