Office Manager (Ortho)- Englewood, NJ
Spine Search is seeking an Office Manager to join an orthopedic group that is expanding into the New Jersey area.
Responsibilities:

Launch Preparation: Coordinate all aspects of setting up the new office location.

Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and onboard administrative staff for the New Jersey location.

Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily operations of the office, including scheduling, patient registration, billing, and inventory management. Implement efficient processes to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

Patient Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients visiting the New Jersey office. Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain high-quality care standards.

Compliance and Regulation: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory requirements.

Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between the New Jersey office and the NYC headquarters. Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to address operational challenges. Handle escalated matters with professionalism and discretion, seeking guidance from senior management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in office management, preferrably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficinecy in office software
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
