Office Manager - Forest Hills, NY


The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our multispecialty practice's Brooklyn and Queens offices. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining efficient workflow and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in healthcare management, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to both patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Brooklyn and Queens offices.
  • Manage and support administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office workflow and processes.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Manage office budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain and oversee the use of office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and providers.
  • Handle human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
