Clinical Manager NJ

SpineSearch is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join a growing orthopedic spine and pain group located in North Bergen, New Jersey.

Requirements of the Clinical Manager:

• Associate's Degree
• New Jersey Registered Nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations for the position

Responsibilities of the Clinical Manager:

• Handle all history intakes on patients
• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions
• Write scripts as instructed by physician
• Schedule MRIs, CT's and referrals to other physicians
• Scan new charts/documentation
• Schedule patient consults and appointments
• Request records for new patients
• Order or retrieve medical records prior to appointments
• Communicate patient information with main office
• Supervise medical assistant staff
