The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Patient Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the patient check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate information is collected and recorded.
  • Scheduling: Handle appointment scheduling for patients, coordinating with medical staff to ensure optimal clinic flow.
  • Phone Communications: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing patient records, verifying insurance information, and handling billing inquiries.
