PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
This Web site ("Web Site") is published and maintained by SpineSearch LLC (referred to in this Privacy Policy as "SpineSearch," "we," "us," "our," or other similar pronouns).
This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Spine-Search.com web site (the "Web Site") on which it is posted. By visiting this Web Site, and/or using the products and services offered on or through this Web Site (the "Services"), if any, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as may be amended from time to time without notice to you. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is part of, the Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use, which governs your use of this Web Site in general.

Purpose
In connection with your use of the Web Site, we may ask you for Personal Information and we may collect certain information from you and your computer each time you visit us. User-Provided Information
We collect Personal Information from users via the Web Site, for example, through such users' activities, transactions and completion of online forms on the Web Site. Such information is collected when users register or subscribe for accounts or features on the Web Site, make online purchases, complete transactions through the Web Site, complete surveys, submit a comment or question to us, send us an e-mail, or in any other way submit Personal Information to us via the Web Site.
You may be able to send information about our products and services to your friends and family members through the Web Site. In some of these cases you may provide the e-mail address of your friend or family member to us. Such information will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Cookies
Using Files Located on Other Servers
To improve the functionality of our websites, certain files (such as open source libraries, images and scripts) may be delivered automatically to your browser via a trusted third-party server or content delivery network. The delivery of these files is intended to provide a seamless user experience by speeding response times and avoiding the need for each visitor to download these files.
Your Privacy and the Internet
The nature of the Internet is such that Web servers automatically collect certain information about a visit to a website, including the visitor's Internet Protocol (IP) address. IP addresses are unique numbers assigned by Internet Service Providers (ISP) to all devices used to access the Internet. Web servers automatically log the IP addresses of visitors to their sites. In cases where services are provided by organizations outside of our website, such as social media platforms or mobile applications, IP addresses may be recorded by the Web server of the third-party service provider.
Third-Party Social Media
Our use of social media serves as an extension of its presence on the Web. Social media account(s) are public and are not hosted on our servers. Users who choose to interact with via social media should read the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party service providers and those of any applications used to access them.
Digital Markers (including cookies)
A digital marker is a resource created by the visitors' browser in order to remember certain pieces of information for the Web server to reference during the same or subsequent visit to the website. Examples of digital markers are "cookies" or HTML5 web storage. Some examples of what digital markers do are as follows:
- they allow a website to recognize a visitor who has previously accessed the site;
- they track what content is viewed on a site which helps website administrators ensure visitors find what they are looking for.
Our website uses sessional and persistent digital markers on its website. During your on-line visit, your browser exchanges data with spine-search.com. The digital markers used do not allow us to identify individuals and do not contain personal information. Web Analytics
Web analytics is the collection, analysis, measurement, and reporting of data about Web traffic and visits for purposes of understanding and optimizing Web usage. Spine-search.com uses log file analysis internally and retains this information for a maximum period of 18 months. After this period, the information is disposed of. The log information is not disclosed to an external third party service provider Data collected for Web analytics purposes may go outside of the United States to Google servers and may be processed in any country where Google operates servers. Information used for the purpose of Web analytics is not used in any manner that allows association of an individual with the data. Such data may be used for communications and information technology statistical purposes, audit, and evaluation, research, planning and reporting.

Our server automatically collects data about your server's Internet address when you visit us. This information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you're on the Internet. Access Rights

Upon written request, we will send you a copy of the Personal Information we have on file in your user account, if any. You may send us new or updated information at any time. SpineSearch will take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of all Personal Information provided via this Web Site, including making sensitive information available to our employees and agents on a need-to-know basis. However, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our system or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers.

Phishing
It has become increasingly common for unauthorized individuals to send e-mail messages to consumers, purporting to represent a legitimate company such as a bank or on-line merchant, requesting that the consumer provide personal, often sensitive information. Sometimes, the domain name of the e-mail address from which the e-mail appears to have been sent, and the domain name of the web site requesting such information, appears to be the domain name of a legitimate, trusted company.
